How long does production take?

Production takes 21 days after The Edit closes. Shipping time is added afterwards and depends on the destination and carrier.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Europe, the United States and Canada.

Can I choose my size?

Yes. Each product page shows the available sizes. If you are unsure, consult our size guide or contact info@joyjulius.com before ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Transactions are processed securely.

How do I care for my garment?

Care instructions are listed on each product page and included with your order.
